A bankcard professional with 11 yrs. experience – knowledgeable of operational fees, risk potential, and processor practices. More than a decade has resulted in a career that has created in experience in sales, customer service, risk management, underwriting, learning and development, project management.

Mike enjoys being with his wife and two sons, playing bass guitar, listening to and finding new music, and being physically active.  

He is inspired by seeking to cause a savings shift for any organizations that accept credit cards – saving money in interchange, processor fees, and securing against loss from fraud or cardholder dispute.
